Called on Friday to have anniversary flowers delivered locally on Saturday. Told them what I had in mind and paid over the phone. Flowers were at the location before we arrived, better than I expected. My wife loved them!
I cannot say enough wonderful things!! We ordered our prom flowers from here and at the last minute realized we needed 1 more on the day of and on mother’s day weekend no less they were able to accommodate that need in an hour. The kindness shown and amazing customer service was so appreciated. We will come here for all of our flower needs. Thank you so much
EDIT: If anyone reads their response, you can see the insincerity shining through fully. There's nothing wrong with my card, I have plenty of money in the account I gave-- but either because you fat fingered it, or because I'm out of state at the moment and it got flagged. Either way it would've been resolved if you had called to inform, which is a pretty basic business practice, but you didn't, and again you never called me back after I called to inquire. I'll be reporting you to the Better Business Bureau, and will be attempting to contact a local newspaper about you. Shame on you, I hope more people see your true colors. And by the way, you come across incredibly rude over the phone, even when I was placing the order; you might want to hire someone who doesn't. My experience over the phone was anything pleasant from start to finish. I placed an order as a surprise gift, and was told that the flowers would be delivered the next day. Two days go by, and I asked the supposed recipient how they liked the flowers, to which I hear "...what flowers"? I then try to call within business hours, multiple times, but only hear endless ringing; No voicemail to leave a message, either. I try this again today, and had to call 20 times before I finally reached someone to figure out what happened. I explain the situation, and without any apologies thus far they say that they'll try and pull up my order for more information, and call me back in the afternoon. Afternoon rolls around, and nothing. Once again I try calling, but once again... Nothing. If something went wrong with my order, they had my phone number, but not one phone call or voice mail came my way this entire time. I am frustrated, disappointed, and will be sharing my story with everyone I can.
